Sago palms prefer bright indirect light. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight in the summer. Keep the soil continuously moist throughout spring and summer and reduce watering in the winter. Sago palms do not tolerate too much water; it's best to allow the plant to dry out between waterings and ensure well-draining soil.
